A new CCTV footage released by English Police is for seeking public help in identifying the driver of a Peugeot 307 car who intentionally knocked 30-year-old man, Matthew ‘Matty’ Knowles (30) 15 feet into the air on the night of July 23 2016 at a car park along Vicarage Road, in Norfolk, England.

Not satisfied with the spoils of his/her rage, the driver drove in a circle and returned for another round of action, this time to crush the victim. Luckily, the victim dodged on time and he lived. Knowlves sustained serious fractures on his leg after the incident. One man has been arrested in connection of the incident and Police say he has been released on bail pending further enquiry.
