Anambra State governor Willie Obiano has reportedly dared pro-Biafran agitator and Indeginous Peoples of Biafra (IPOB) leader, Nnamdi Kanu, after the latter called for a boycott in the coming November 25th Anambra guber elections.
An online medium reported that Obiano who is a hoping for a second successive term at the Government House in Awka warned Mazi Kanu,
…to steer clear from the State, ahead of November Gubernatorial election. Obiano who spoke in Awka, the State capital, observed that security reports available to him revealed that those behind the threat to stop the forthcoming election are from outside the State. Recall, Kanu had during a rally of IPOB members at Ekwulobia in Aguata Local Government Area, on Sunday, renewed his call on the people to boycott the forthcoming election in the State.
