Coming after the National Emergency Management Agency, NEMA, revealed that over 6,000 Nigerians were repatriated from Libya in 2017, some more Nigerian nationals who are trapped in the African country are on their way back into the country.
The first batch of repartriated Nigerians in 2018 consist of 481 Nigerians.
The returnees are reportedly airborne and aboard a Max Air Flight.
The repartriation was made possible through a high powered Federal Government delegation sent to Libya to rescue and evacuate all trapped Nigerian citizens in that country.
The sent delegation was led by the Foreign Affairs Minister, Geoffrey Onyeama.
