Ghanaian President Reacts To Slave Trade In Libya

The Ghanaian president, Nana Akufo-Addo, has joined other world leaders and famous persons to criticize reports of slave market in Libya.

Recall that news broke some days ago revealing that Nigerians amongst other nationals were being sold in an underground market in Libya.

The Ghana president in reaction to the report took to his social media page on Twitter to condemn the act.

Nana Akufo-Addo took to his Twitter page on Tuesday to describe the slave auction as scandalous. He added that the act is a gross abuse of human rights.
