The son of the former Nigerian Vice President, Atiku Abubakar, Aminu’s child custody case against his wife, Fatima Bolori, has taken a new turn as the court has ruled in favour of his wife.
Fatima Bolori in the latest court ruling has been granted custody of their two children.
The ruling comes years after the couple who got married in 2007 separated in 2011.
Delivering his judgement on the custody battle between Aminu Abubakar and his ex-wife Fatima Bolori, Chief Magistrate K.B Ayeye ruled that the children, Amirah Atiku, 8, and Aminu Atiku, 7, should be with their mother.
The recent ruling comes after the couple had a dirty fight at their daughter’s school in 2017. Fatima Bolori had accused the former VP, Atiku Abubakar’s wife, Titi, of causing the bitter fight.
