Edo decides: APGA fumes, blasts APC for "printing similar logos"

The All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) is accusing the All Progressives Congress (APC) of having a hand in the alleged error in ballot papers where the party’s logo appears similar to that of another party, Citizen Peoples Party (CPP).

APGA spokesman Patrick Anethua, described the action of the party as “a deliberate act perpetrated by APC to truncate and discredit the electoral process come September 10, 2016 governorship election.”
His words:

“It has been uncovered that dubious members of Edo State APC have gone ahead to print and distribute to the public showing parties initials, logos and voting pattern indicating wrong party logos between APGA and CPP to deceive voters by printing two identical rooster logos for both APGA and CPP.

“This is in furtherance of overwhelming popularity and support being enjoyed by APGA in Edo State who currently have favour of the electorate.”
