Donald Trump: I'm sorry for the way I spoke to some people
United States presidential aspirant and billionaire businessman Donald Trump made the apology on the Thursday night, during his campaign rally in Charlotte, North Carolina.

His words:

“Sometimes, in the heat of debate and speaking on a multitude of issues, you don’t choose the right words or you say the wrong thing. I have done that.

“And believe it or not, I regret it. And I do regret it, particularly where it may have caused personal pain. Too much is at stake for us to be consumed with these issues. But one thing I can promise you is this: I will always tell you the truth.”

And then he took a few jabs at his opponent, Democrat Party nominee Hillary Clinton, saying:

“While sometimes, I can be too honest, Hillary Clinton is the exact opposite. She never says the truth. One lie after another…and getting worse with each passing day.”
