Chaos as DSS ransacks three judges' homes in the wee hours of Saturday, arrests two

Two Federal High Court judges were arrested by operatives of the Department of Security Services (DSS) during a midnight raid of their residences in the wee hours of today. The DSS arrested Justice Adebiyi Ademola who is handling the case of Former Former National Security Adviser, Colonel Sambo Dasuki (Rtd), at the Abuja Federal High Court. Also arrested was Justice Muazu Pindiga in Gombe.

According to a source:

“They raided the home of Justice Nnamdi Dimgba who resides at no 32 Samuel Ogbemudia Crescent in the Apo Legislative Quarters of Abuja. Although he was not at home at the time of the raid, the DSS officials reportedly broke down the gates to his house with sledgehammers.

“Pindiga, a former Chairman of the Rivers State Governorship petition tribunal,was arrested on allegations of bribery and corruption.”

Recall that Governor Nyesom Wike of Rivers State stopped the DSS from taking a way a judge whose name hasn’t been disclosed from his Port Harcourt residence around 1AM on Saturday 8 October 2016.
