In a letter dated January 23 2015, the West African Examinations Council said it has no record of Nigerian president Buhari sitting for senior school certificate examinations.
The letter read:
“The West African Examinations Council (Ghana) cannot provide the Certified True Copies of the examinations records of Mohamed Buhari who attended school in Provincial Secondary School, Kastina in Nigeria. The above records cannot be found in the archives of the Records and Aptitute Test Department in Ghana. Thank you.
For: Head of National Office.”
13 Senior Advocates Of Nigeria (SAN) lawyers are part of Buhari’s defense counsel appealing for a lawsuit filed against the Nigerian president by barrister Nnamdi Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe to be struck out. Nwokocha-Ahaaiwe is demanding a Federal High Court in Abuja to annul Buhari’s election as Nigerian president over his lack of required academic conditions to contest.
