Kwankwaso bails Northerners arrested over Mile 12 crisis in Lagos State Former governor of Kano State Rabiu Kwankwaso has paid for the bail of 72 suspects from the Northern part of the country arrested over their involvement in the tribal war that ensued in Mile 12 Market in Lagos State on March 3rd 2016 that left dozens of Yoruba and Hausa residents dead.

Kwankwaso bails Northerners arrested over Mile 12 crisis in Lagos State

On Monday 30th May, the senator was able to secure the release of 40 persons after paying N65,000 per person on the heads of each of the 72 detained suspects two weeks ago.
