Delta State chief judge: Nigerian youths are wasting their productive years in prison

Justice Marshal Umukoro, the chief judge of Delta State has decried the huge chunk of percentage of youths in Nigerian prisons. 

Umukoro who was speaking at a visit to the Ogwashi-Uku Prison Federal Prison on Saturday 25th June 2016 said:

“If you look at the demographic category of the inmates, they are age between 17 and 32 years old, and that is a critical time in every person’s life to pursue a career.”
